How to delete your account

You can delete your BoatCareBC app account at any time. In the app, go to Account and tap Delete account. Or email hello@boatcarebc.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by email within 5 business days.

When you delete your account, we delete your login, your app profile and your contact details within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Visit reports and photos are kept for 2 years so you can ask for copies, unless you ask us to delete them too.

Deleting your app account does not cancel your plan. To cancel your subscription, email hello@boatcarebc.com and we will confirm the last day of your service.
